About Your Role
Have you already made strides in the financial field, can you maintain a good overview, but are you not afraid to roll up your sleeves? As Finance Team Leader, you ensure that financial processes run smoothly and support the team where needed. You provide daily leadership to a small and experienced team of three colleagues. Together with your team, you are responsible for financial administration, invoicing, and reporting. You monitor quality, adjust when necessary, and ensure good collaboration within the team. In addition to your coordinating tasks, you are also flexible enough to occasionally assist with administrative work. In short, your tasks include:
- Daily leadership of the financial team;
- Overseeing and improving financial processes;
- Supporting the creation of reports and analyses;
- Being a sparring partner for the Management Team;
- Being responsible for the administration of multiple Limited Companies;
- Preparing budgets/leading the budgeting process.
Job Requirements
- HBO (Higher Professional Education) work and thinking level with a completed relevant education;
- Experience with or skills to provide leadership;
- Connecting personality;
- Stress-resistant;
- Analytical ability and strong with numbers.
