Opening of Flexcomplex Katwijk
15 October 2017

The flexible living complex in Katwijk, realized by HomeFlex, has been opened and put into use. This location provides housing for 64 migrant workers who are employed in the Westland area.

The apartment complex consists of 16 apartments and has been built with a 10-year permit. However, this is certainly not noticeable in the quality of the building. The dwellings are built with the quality of permanent living. In terms of appearance, an industrial character was chosen, fitting the surroundings, namely an industrial area. There is sufficient parking space available at the complex, and the apartments are comfortably furnished.

There was a lot of interest in this new form of living. A beautiful project. Meanwhile, discussions are also taking place in other municipalities for a similar residential complex.
