Without migrant workers, vital parts of the Dutch economy would come to a standstill. They form a structural component of the Dutch economy and society. HomeFlex is an independent housing provider for migrant workers. Through its own project development and management, HomeFlex ensures that this target group is housed in a good, responsible manner. For more than 15 years, HomeFlex has been offering a pleasant stay to temporary residents with the facilities and privacy needed to relax in a fully furnished home after a day’s work. HomeFlex is certified by the Stichting Normering Flexwonen (SNF).

HomeFlex realizes and manages modular residential locations for housing migrant workers. Our locations more than meet the recommendations of the Roemer report. We ensure balance between the wishes of companies, municipalities, land owners, and (neighborhood) residents. HomeFlex is also able to realize projects in areas of grid congestion.
